Grilled Pork Souvlaki Skewers

A simple and delicious recipe for grilled pork souvlaki.

  • Bamboo or metal skewers
  • BBQ


  • 4 lb pork shoulder , cut into approx 1" cubes
  • 1/4 cup italian seasoning
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup white vinegar


  • In a large bowl, add Italian seasoning, pepper, garlic powder, salt and mix together with olive oil, vinegar, and pork.
  • Cover and marinade for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  • Thread pork onto skewers*.
  • Preheat bbq to high heat (approx 400˚F). Add skewers to the grill and cook through until juice run clear.


*If using bamboo skewers, place skewers into water and soak for 20 mins
